Slightly different from the sundeck boat docks, a compromise between style and overhead deck space. A standard sundeck combo dock offers a 20' wide overhead deck area with a sloped roof off each side. All exposed edges of the roof metal is covered with 24 gauge trim for a finished look. Structurally the equivalent to the full sundeck dock with cantilevered stairs. Watertight LockDry® aluminum decking serves as the center roof's walking surface. Powder coated picket railings have been laboratory tested and surpass SBCCI codes for added safety.
